- 🛥️Book the Delos ferry the day before — tickets sell out by 8 AM in peak season. The Old Port pier sells physical tickets only, so show up early.
- 🌅Watch the sunset from Armenistis Lighthouse, not Little Venice. You get the same spectacular view without the crowd or the 28€ cocktail tax.
- 🍽️Real food is in Ano Mera village, not the harbor. The inland village 8 km out serves kokorechi and loukaniko at a third of the port price. Rent a scooter — it's a 15-minute ride worth every minute.
- 🏖️Agios Sostis beach is the real secret — no music, no sunbeds, no bar. Just white rock and blue water. Reachable only by rental car (no bus service). Bring your own food. This is Mykonos as it was in 1975.
