Accessibility Statement
VAYULOR is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make the Platform accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 and its service-accessibility regulations (2013), and the Israeli standard SI 5568, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
1. Our commitment
We invest effort and resources to make the Platform as convenient, friendly and accessible as possible, and consider it a core value. Web accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to improve it.
2. Accessibility measures implemented
- Proper semantic structure (HTML5) and screen-reader support, with aria descriptions for interactive elements.
- Full keyboard navigation and a "skip to content" link.
- Clear focus indication for interactive elements.
- Adequate color contrast and readable, scalable text.
- Right-to-left (RTL) and Hebrew language support.
- Alt text for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, certain parts of the Platform โ particularly third-party content (e.g. maps, supplier content or embedded components) โ may not yet be fully accessible. We work on gradual remediation. If you encounter difficulty, we'd be glad to help and to receive your feedback.
4. Accessibility coordinator & contact
We have appointed an accessibility coordinator to handle requests and adjustments:
- Email: accessibility@vayulor.com
- Please mention the page/element, the type of difficulty and contact details for a reply.
We will address your request promptly and within a reasonable time.
5. Accessibility arrangements for service
If an accessibility adjustment is needed to receive service, we'll be glad to assist and offer accessible alternatives subject to law.
6. Statement updates
