Terms of Service

Welcome to VAYULOR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "User") and VAYULOR ("VAYULOR", "we", "the Platform"). Please read them carefully. By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Accessibility Statement, which form an integral part hereof. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

"Platform" — VAYULOR's website, mobile and desktop apps, API and related services.
"Supplier" — any third party offering a travel product or service, including airlines, hotels, travel agents, tour operators, experience providers, insurers, car rental and eSIM providers.
"Travel Service" — any product, service, package or booking offered by a Supplier through the Platform.
"Content" — any information, text, image, price, review, offer or data shown on the Platform.

2. Nature of the service — VAYULOR is an intermediary only

VAYULOR operates solely as a technology platform and intermediary (marketplace). We aggregate, display and enable the comparison, planning, communication and booking of Travel Services provided by Suppliers and third parties. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, air carrier, hotel, insurer or any travel service provider, and we are not a party to the contract formed between you and the Supplier.

Each booking forms a direct, separate contract between you and the relevant Supplier, subject to that Supplier's terms, prices, and cancellation/change policy. VAYULOR acts only as a technological conduit and is not responsible for the performance, quality, availability, safety or actual delivery of any Travel Service.

Exception: should VAYULOR offer its own service in the future (e.g. a directly-managed eSIM/data product), this will be clearly stated at booking, and only for such a service will VAYULOR bear provider liability, subject to applicable law and the specific service terms.

3. Eligibility & registration

Use is permitted to individuals aged 18+ with legal capacity to contract. Bookings for minors are the guardian's responsibility.
You must provide accurate, complete registration details and keep them updated.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity on your account.
Transferring, renting, selling or sharing account access, and any unlawful use, are prohibited.
We may refuse, limit, suspend or terminate an account at our reasonable discretion and subject to law.

4. Platform role & no Supplier liability

We make reasonable efforts to display current, accurate information, but Content originates from Suppliers and third parties and may change or contain errors. VAYULOR does not warrant the availability, price, description or quality of any Travel Service and does not endorse any Supplier. Verify all material details (price, dates, cancellation policy, passport/visa requirements, insurance) directly with the Supplier before booking.

5. Bookings, prices, payments & fees

Prices are shown by default in ILS (₪) including taxes as required by law, unless stated otherwise. Prices and currency conversions are estimates and may change until final charge by the Supplier/processor.
Payment is processed via external payment processors and/or directly with the Supplier. VAYULOR does not store full card details.
VAYULOR may charge a service or intermediation fee, shown separately and transparently before checkout.
Bookings are subject to final Supplier confirmation and actual availability; unconfirmed bookings will not be charged or will be refunded.

6. Cancellations, changes & refunds

Cancellation, change and refund policies are set by the Supplier and shown at booking. Statutory cancellation rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 apply where applicable; note that this law contains special arrangements and exceptions for travel, lodging, flights and services rendered abroad. VAYULOR service/intermediation fees may be non-refundable upon cancellation, subject to law.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAYULOR and its shareholders, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from: (a) use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any act or omission of a Supplier or third party; (c) cancellation, delay, non-delivery or defect in a Travel Service; (d) reliance on Content, price or offer; (e) technical failures, viruses or security breaches; (f) bodily injury, property damage or loss during travel. In any event, VAYULOR's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to VAYULOR (service/intermediation fees only) for the relevant booking, or ILS 500, whichever is lower. Nothing herein limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VAYULOR and its representatives against any claim, demand, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, infringement of third-party rights or violation of any law.

9. User content, reviews & communications

Content you upload must be lawful, accurate and non-offensive. By uploading, you grant VAYULOR a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use it to operate and promote the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Platform — design, code, trademarks, the "VAYULOR" logo, text and graphics — is owned by VAYULOR or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. AI — VAYULOR Brain & Maya

"Maya" and the AI Vacation Builder are automated AI assistants. Their output is informational only, may contain inaccuracies, does not constitute advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise) and is not a binding offer or contract. Any decision based on them is your responsibility, and any final booking is subject to your and the Supplier's confirmation.

12. Agents & Suppliers (business users)

Agents and Suppliers are solely responsible for their content, prices, offers and services, for compliance with all applicable law (including licensing, taxes and regulation), and for their obligations to travelers. VAYULOR is not a party to the agent/supplier–traveler contract.

13. Force majeure

VAYULOR shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, communications or internet failures, regulatory decisions or aviation restrictions.

14. Suspension & termination

We may, at our reasonable discretion and subject to law, limit, suspend or terminate your access for breach, suspected unlawful activity or fraud. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, subject to existing obligations.

15. Changes to the Terms & service

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted and the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform or parts of it at any time.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any matter arising from them are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, without conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.

17. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
A waiver of one right is not a waiver of another or future right.
These Terms do not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship.
VAYULOR may assign its rights and obligations; you may not assign without our consent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policies, are the entire agreement between you and VAYULOR.
